Q: Can you deliver my order by X date.
A: We cannot guarantee any delivery timescale. We have several delivery options available. This includes Royal Mail Tracked 24 service and Courier - Next Working Day service. Both these aim to deliver Next working day but the carriers cannot guarantee this and it may take longer.
Q: I won't be in when my order will be delivered
A: If you choose a Royal Mail Tracked service you can nominate a 'Safeplace' where you can nominate a preferred delivery location – a ‘safe place’ or with a nominated neighbour. Just put a note on your order during checkout and we will add this to your label. There is terms and conditions to this so

Q: I need to change the delivery address.
A: We can only change delivery address if you contact us before it has shipped. We cannot change the delivery address once your order has shipped.
Q: Can you deliver Internationally.
A: Yes we can, however you will need to contact us via email as international orders are not currently enabled on the website. Please note aerosols and dangerous good cannot be shipped internationally.
Q: I missed the delivery
