When will my order be delivered?
We process orders placed before 2pm (weekdays) on the same day. All shipments have tracking available. The transit time depends on your shipping option. Standard: 2–4 working days, Express: usually next working day.
Can I return my product?
Orders placed via the website can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of receiving the parcel, providing they are in original resalable condition.
Can I get a VAT receipt?
We automatically send a VAT receipt in a standalone email a several minutes after ordering. Check your spam. If you can still not locate it email accounts@cinestore.co.uk for a copy.
