Can I get a quote without opening an account?
The account is how we set up your pricing, payment terms and delivery details, so we quote account holders. It takes about two minutes to apply and we approve accounts within 24 hours, Mon to Fri. If you are paying by card for a straightforward order, skip all of this and order online.
Do you accept purchase orders?
Yes. We accept digital POs from approved production accounts, so your accounts department can order without a card.
What payment terms do you offer?
Approved accounts get 30 days credit. Order in prep, settle on invoice.
Where do you deliver?
UK wide, direct to unit bases, stores, stages or your crew in prep. Next day delivery is available as a paid option to mainland UK on orders placed by 2pm. You can also collect from our Glasgow store.
What should the lists look like?
Whatever your departments already use. Spreadsheets, PDFs, documents or a clear photo of a written list all work. Send one per department or one big list, and we will sort it.
How fast will my quote come back?
As fast as the list allows. Simple lists come back quickly; large multi-department lists with sourcing can take longer, and we will tell you upfront when to expect it.
