Orders placed before 14:00 (weekdays) will ship the same day. Orders placed after this time will usually ship the next working day. However, we continue picking orders right up until our couriers collect - we’ll always do our best to ship your order as quickly as possible.

     

Our shipping options:

• Store Collection - Free
  Collect from G41 1AF (usually ready in 1 hour during business hours)

• Standard - £5.49
  Delivery in 2–4 working days

• Express - £7.99 (Saturday & Pre12: £14.99)
  Tracked service, usually next working day (not guaranteed)

• Large Item Surcharge - £16.80
  Applies to bulky products (e.g. fabric rolls, umbrellas, backdrops). If your order contains both regular and oversized items, this will be added as a separate charge.

• Northern Ireland - £19.99
  Delivery estimated 2-4 working days

While our couriers are generally reliable, next-day delivery is not guaranteed.

Deliveries do not usually arrive on weekends or public holidays. For example, if you order on a Friday, your parcel will typically arrive on Monday.

We do not ship on weekends or public/national holidays.

International (including Ireland). Due to regulatory changes, we’ve had to pause shipments outside of the UK. We’re actively reviewing this and hope to find a solution soon.

We offer returns within 30 days of your order. Items must be unused, in original condition, and in retail packaging.

Note: Some items and B2B (Business-to-Business) orders are exempt from this policy.
