Delivery & Returns

Orders placed before 13:00 weekdays usually ship the same day. Orders after this time will usually ship the next working day. We always do our best to get your order shipped as timely as possible.

We offer two shipping options.

• Standard: £5.99 (2-5 working days)
• Express: £9.99 (1-2 working days)

Express deliveries are not normally delivered on weekends or public holidays. For example, if you order on a Friday, your order would normally arrive on Monday.

We do not ship on public/national holidays or weekends.

RETURNS

We offer returns within the first 30 days of your order. To be eligible for a return the product(s) must be unused, in its original state and retail packaging. 

B2B orders are exempt from this policy.
