Delivery and Returns

FESTIVE CLOSURE -  18th December - 4th January

Our store & office will be closed to customers during this time. Store Pickup will not be available.

Messages will be monitored however expect an extended delay in reply time.

Shipment Dates - We will only ship on specific dates during our closure. Any orders placed after the cut off will not ship until the next Order Pressing day.

17th - Last normal shipping day. Cut off 1pm as normal. 

1st > 3rd - No Shipments

18th > 21st - No Shipments

4th - ✅ Normal Service resumes

22nd - Orders processed 

23rd > 28th - No Shipments.

29th -  Orders processed 

30th > 31st  - No Shipments

Please expect extended shipping times during this period as our 3rd party delivery partners will be busier than normal. We can never guarantee a delivery date so please allow ample time for your delivery to arrive. 

CARDIFF POSTCODES - 6/12/21 - Please be advised that Courier deliveries  for delivery into postcodes CF3, CF5, CF10, 11, 14, & 15, CF23, CF24 CF 31 – CF48, CF61 – CF64, CF71-CF72 CF81- CF83, CF91 & CF99 will incur at least a 48hr delay this week. This is due to problem with the local depot. This is outwith our control.

LONDON POSTCODES - There is currently a shortage of courier drivers in London and we are finding that has lead to a degradation of some Next Day Courier services. Next Day services therefore may be delayed. We can never guarantee any timescales for deliveries however please bear this in mind when planning.

 

DELIVERY

Orders placed before 13:00 usually ship the same working day. Orders placed after this time will usually ship the next working day. We keep processing orders right up until our carriers arrive so you get your order as soon as possible.

Next Working Day deliveries are not delivered on Weekends or public holidays. They are delivered on the next working day.

We do not ship on public/national holidays or weekends.

We offer various shipping options dependant on the weight and urgency of your order.

Deliveries that require a signature or are too large for a letterbox will require a person at the delivery address to receive it. They cannot be left in a safe place. 

As much as our carriers do their best to get your order to you in as speedily as possible, however, delivery timescales are not guaranteed.

A working day is any day other than a Saturday, a Sunday, Christmas Day, Good Friday or a day which is a bank holiday. Royal Mail may deliver on a Saturday.

Postcode Restrictions: Unfortunately some postcodes are excluded from our services or will have extended shipping times. These include postcodes: GY, HS, IM, JE, KW15-17, PA49, PA60-PA75, PA78, PH30, PH41-PH44 and ZE2-ZE3. This list is not extensive. If you require confirmation of our restrictions before ordering please Contact Us.

Same Day Delivery – If you require something urgently we can arrange a dedicated vehicle for you. This service can normally deliver to any UK location you are shooting at. If you would like a quick estimate, we need the nearest postcode and a list of what you require. If you would then like to move forward we can provide a formal quote, including the service level the courier can provide. Please Contact Us to discuss.

 

International Deliveries & Orders – We can facilitate international deliveries and orders, however this cannot currently be done via our web shop. Please Contact Us to discuss. Any international orders may be subject to local Import fees, duties or Taxes. We cannot include this in our pricing and you will likely need to pay this to release the order from your local customs.

Custom Products: Orders that contain custom products such as personalised Clapperboards will have an extended lead time for your custom product to be produced.

Aerosols – These cannot be sent via Royal Mail or Air mail. This is law and is outside our control. Having an aerosol in your cart will limit the shipping options available.

RETURNS

This policy is applicable if you buy via the CineStore website, via email/telephone and in store. However, if you purchase the goods in-store they must be returned in store. For all returns, you must contact us first to inform us that you wish to return the goods.

Exempt from this policy are goods that have been Personalised which can only  be returned if defective.

To be eligible for a return: the product must be unused, in its original state and retail packaging. Additionally, you must be able to provide proof of purchase. If you do not meet these criteria we cannot make a refund.

 

For consumers: You have the right to cancel your order without giving any reason within 14 days from the day on which you or a third party indicated by you receives the goods purchased. Additionally, we offer an extended returns window where you can return your order within 30 days from when it is delivered. You must make us aware if you are doing so in writing prior to the return. We will refund your delivery costs only for returns that meet the initial 14 days return window.

Note that you must send back the goods by following the instructions provided by CineStore no later than 14 days from the day on which us you communicate your cancellation. You will have to bear the direct cost of returning these goods. You may be liable if the value of the goods returned diminishes due to the handling of the goods.

If you meet all the return criteria, you will be given a refund within 5 working days of the goods being returned to us.

 

For Businesses: At our discretion, you may be able to return the goods within a 30 day period. You must request this in writing/email. If we allow the return, we will refund the full amount minus a 15% restocking fee and any shipping costs.
