Delivery and Refund policies


Orders are shipped during our normal office hours; Monday-Friday, 0900-1700. We don't ship on public holidays or weekends. We offer various shipping options dependant on the weight of your order.

We will endeavour to ship your order the same day if it’s placed before 12:00. If your order is placed after this time we may not be able to ship it until the next working day. If you have an urgent order, please get in touch, you can find the details on the Contact Us page.

International/EU orders: If you would like to place a international order or an order with 0% EU Vat place get in touch. We can service it.


  • If you fail to allow the order to be delivered to you and it is returned to us, we will not refund any shipping costs. For example: if you provide the incorrect or inaccurate delivery address details, fail to sign for the order or fail to collect it from the courier etc. In this eventuality, there will be an additional shipping cost to re-ship the goods to you. Alternatively, you can pick them up from our office. Furthermore, if you no longer require the goods, your order will be treated as per our Refund Policy.
  • Couriers may occasionally fail to deliver at their exact stated time. Unfortunately, this is beyond our control. In this case, we will liaise with the courier to get the order to you as quickly as possible. We do not accept liability for any loss or costs you incur.

We encourage you to place your order so that there is ample time for it to arrive for your production.

You must inspect your goods within 5 days of delivery and make us aware of any issues.

This policy is applicable if you buy online, via email/telephone and in store. However, if you purchase the goods instore they must be returned in store, we will not cover any shipping costs in this case. For all returns, you must contact us first to inform us that you wish to return the goods.

Exempt from this policy are goods that have been Personalised

For all returns: The product must be unused and in its original state and packaging. Additionally, you must be able to provide proof of purchase. If you do not meet these criteria we cannot make a refund.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

For consumers: You can return your order within 14 days from when it is delivered. You must make us aware if you are doing so.

You will be given a full refund including shipping costs within 5 days of the goods being returned to us.

Beyond this 14 day period, up to a maximum of 30 days, you may be able to return your order at our discretion. You will not be refunded shipping costs and you will have to pay a 10% restocking fee.

For Businesses: You can return the goods within a 14 day period. You must make us aware if you are doing so. We will refund the full amount minus a 10% restocking fee and any shipping costs. 

Beyond this 14 day period up to a maximum of 30 days, you may be able to return your order at our discretion. You will not be refunded shipping costs and you will have to pay a 10% restocking fee.
