Delivery and Refund policies


Orders usually ship the same working day if placed before 13:00. Orders placed after this time will usually ship the next working day. We only ship during our normal office hours: Monday to Friday 0900-1700. We do not ship on public/national holidays or weekends.

We offer various shipping options dependant on the weight and urgency of your order. Our site will offer you the best services available.

This is calculated automatically and will display during checkout the estimated shipping time and the cost. Shipments including Aerosols or over including items over 120cm long are not permitted.

 *No Aerosols or Large Items. **Tracking notifications only available if you provide email and/or mobile number. ***No Large items.


Same Day Delivery – If you require something urgently we can arrange a dedicated vehicle for you. This service can normally deliver to any UK location you are shooting at. If you would like a quick estimate, we need the nearest postcode and a list of what you require. If you would then like to move forward we can provide a formal quote, including the service level the courier can provide. Please Contact Us to discuss.


International Deliveries & Orders – We can facilitate international deliveries and orders, however this cannot currently be done via our web shop. Please Contact Us to discuss.


Postcode Restrictions: Unfortunately some postcodes are excluded from our services or will have extended shipping times. These include postcodes: GY, HS, IM, JE, KW15-17, PA49, PA60-PA75, PA78, PH30, PH41-PH44 and ZE2-ZE3. This list is not extensive. If you require confirmation of our restrictions before ordering please Contact Us.


Custom Products: Orders that contain custom products such as personalised Clapperboards will have an extended lead time for your custom product to be produced.

Aerosols – These cannot be sent via Royal Mail or Airmail. This is law and is outside our control. Having an aerosol in your cart will limit the shipping options available.

This policy is applicable if you buy online, via email/telephone and in store. However, if you purchase the goods in-store they must be returned in store, we will not cover any shipping costs in this case. For all returns, you must contact us first to inform us that you wish to return the goods.

Exempt from this policy are goods that have been Personalised

For all returns: The product must be unused and in its original state and packaging. Additionally, you must be able to provide proof of purchase. If you do not meet these criteria we cannot make a refund.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

For consumers: You can return your order within 14 days from when it is delivered. You must make us aware if you are doing so in writing.

You will be given a full refund including shipping costs within 5 days of the goods being returned to us.

Beyond this 14 day period, up to a maximum of 30 days, you may be able to return your order at our discretion. You will not be refunded shipping costs and you will have to pay a 10% restocking fee.

For Businesses: At our discretion, you may be able to return the goods within a 30 day period. You must request this in writing/email. If we allow the return, we will refund the full amount minus a 10% restocking fee and any shipping costs.
